Marriage Ceremony Package 🤎

All Wrapped Up

This complete celebrant ceremony package offers a stress-free process. It includes all legal administration, planning, creating, co-ordinating, music requirements, a rehearsal in the lead up and professional delivery on the day. Plus, a little gift from me xx

Face to face catch up and coffee is on me
  • Let’s get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit!
  • Share your love story! This will be the emphasis on your big day!
  • I will have the legally required NOIM with me (Notice of Intended Marriage form), if you can both see me as your celebrant, let’s start planning and creating right now.
  • We will discuss your ceremony structure, i.e.: family involved, bridal party, logistics etc.

Note: Emails and phone calls are not limited during our preparation time.

All listed is inclusive of my fee, unless travel and/or accommodation is discussed.

NOIM Lodgement

The NOIM (Notice of Intended Marriage Form) must be lodged with me, at least 31 days before your wedding date and up to 18 months before. As it states, by completing this you are lodging your intent to marry.

We will complete the NOIM together, so bring along your original birth certificates and photo identification OR JUST your passports are fine. If either of you have been married before, the original proof of divorce.

In the lead up to your wedding
  • I like to have a Zoom chat about 3 months out from your big day, as it offers us an opportunity to discuss the finer details!
  • You will be asked to complete questionnaires to assist me in learning about your journey as a couple. These are due back no later than 8 weeks before the big day.
  • I will print both sets of vow cards onto handmade cards and bring them along on the day. No scrappy bits of paper in sight!
  • A comprehensive rehearsal guide will be offered to all couples, however, if a rehearsal is required, it is strictly subject to availability.
  • With one week to go, I will reach out for a chat to touch base and confirm all details.
On your wedding day
  • I will arrive one hour beforehand to set up, meet your photographer and videographer, welcome your family and friends and calm any nerves!

  • I provide my own professional P.A system with stand, microphone and Bluetooth ability. I will download through Spotify your requested ceremonial music and control this on the day.

  • Post wedding, I will offer the commemorative marriage certificate,
ceremony script, handmade vow cards and a polaroid snap all gifted in a presentation folder to reminisce over in the years to come.

After your wedding day
  • The next business day, I will lodge the administrative documents to Births, Deaths and Marriages to register your marriage!
  • At this point I have also begun the process on obtaining an official marriage certificate on your behalf.  The commemorative certificate received from me on your wedding day cannot be used for official things like a change of surname or applying for a shared Medicare card.

Once your paperwork is processed with them (this can be as quick as 2 days and up to 2 weeks), it is up to you to follow the link in the email you receive from the BDM. Place your credit card details where required. Your certificate will arrive 2-6 weeks later.

Simple and Straight Forward 🤎

Let’s Elope

A package designed for the two of you to run off into the wind together, along with your witnesses and perhaps a very small handful of guests.

If you’re not local to the Sunshine Coast, I would love to offer advice on locations and suppliers. Or, if you are local folk and wish to head to the bottom of Tasmania, I travel!

Face to face catch up/Zoom chat
  • Let’s get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit!
  • Share your love story! This will be the emphasis on your big day!

REMEMBER: Eloping can be as simple or as extravagant as you both like. The choice is yours.

Fee varies, depending on logistics, guest numbers, hire of tables/chairs, travel and/or accommodation requests.

Say I Do Overseas 🤎

Destination Weddings

Always imagined saying ‘I DO’ overseas? There is a way to have your Aussie celebrant with you and its legal! YES! I travel!

We can swiftly do the legal paperwork here in Australia and follow on at your chosen idyllic location overseas. We will celebrate the components that make up your traditional wedding ceremony – less the legal bits, surrounded by your family and friends.

I am also an MC and would be more than happy to take on the role on your day!
